An Offer from the Highest Authority in the World

To protect ourselves and our family members, we must formally and properly issue our statement of non-consent. Until we formally take these steps it is presumed that we have consented to how we are currently being governed. When we accept the Offer of Sanctuary, Protections, and Immunities from His Majesty David Joel, we do so by issuing our own Declaration of Peace and Sovereign Integrity, wherein we Claim our Life, we Claim our Universal Rights, we accept the Offer of Sanctuary, Protections, and Immunities and we title this statement as a Mandate of Non-Consent.

By issuing our Individual Mandate of Non-Consent it makes it clear that we have explicitly stated our position of non-consent and we have made it a public and binding record within and through the Court of the Ekklesia, the Court of the People and their Law.
